Warranty
At PensByRon, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim for complete customer satisfaction. We offer the following warranty on our products:
Product Warranty
We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that arise from normal use of the product. It does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, improper care, or alterations made to the product by the customer.
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, please retain your proof of purchase and contact us using the contact form on our website within the warranty period. Provide details of the issue along with supporting photographs where applicable.
PensByRon reserves the right to assess the product and determine whether the issue is covered under warranty. If deemed covered, we will repair or replace the defective product, at our discretion.
Limitations
Our warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product and does not cover any incidental or consequential damages.
The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, or damages resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper handling of the product.
It also does not cover damage caused by using the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended use or failure to follow care instructions provided.
Modification of Warranty
PensByRon reserves the right to modify or discontinue the warranty on any product at any time without prior notice.
Return Shipping
If a product needs to be returned for warranty service, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs to return the product to PensByRon. Return shipping costs for repaired or replaced items will be covered by PensByRon.
Customer Satisfaction and Guarantee
At PensByRon we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our no risk satisfaction policy allows you to return any product you are not happy with within 30 days of purchase for any reason for a full refund.
